Nov 2025 Monthly Meeting

Please join us for our November meeting, our guest speaker will be Chef Heidi Haller. She will talk about cooking with honey, and we’re having our annual honey baking contest! To enter the baking contest please bring a baked good that features honey. It will be even sweeter if you print out your recipe to be displayed with your dessert.
Chef Heidi Haller brings more than three decades of culinary expertise to the table, combining classical training, international experience, and a passion for education and wellness.
Chef Haller holds an Associate of Occupational Studies (A.O.S.) degree from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, and a bachelor’s degree in Journalism with a specialization in Advertising from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. Her impressive culinary journey includes positions at renowned restaurants such as Kaspar’s in Seattle, Boulevard in San Francisco, Cardwell’s at the Plaza, Crown Plaza Majestic Hotel, and Dough Co. in St. Louis. Chef Haller also expanded her global experience working as Commis Tournant at the esteemed Alte Poste in Klosters, Switzerland.
An entrepreneur and educator, Chef Haller has owned and operated both Designing Chefs Catering and Chef Heidi’s Kitchen, offering bespoke culinary experiences. She is a proud member of the ACF Chefs de Cuisine Association of St. Louis and earned her Certified Executive Chef (CEC) designation in 2011 while teaching at The Culinary Institute of St. Louis, where she spent seven years instructing both culinary and core curriculum courses. Today, Chef Haller continues to share her expertise as an instructor at the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, while also catering to private clients.
