Join us for two days of beekeeping education, community, and fun! Whether you’re brand new to beekeeping or a seasoned pro, this event offers something for everyone. Saturday’s event includes continental breakfast, lunch, and refreshments. We’re still working out all the details, ticket prices will be posted soon.
🐝 Workshop Overview
Beginner Beekeeping Course – Saturday February 21, 2026, 8:00 am –6:00 pm
- Who it’s for: Those with no prior beekeeping experience
- What you’ll learn: Basics of beekeeping to prepare you to start in the spring
- Includes:
- A beginning beekeeper’s book ($20 value).
- A follow-up session later in February to help you get started
Experienced Beekeepers Course – Saturday February 21, 2026, 8:00 am –6:00 pm
- Who it’s for: Intermediate to advanced beekeepers
- Focus areas:
- Honeybee biology
- Queen rearing
- Pest control
- Colony behavior

- Who it’s for: We heard your feedback, so we’ve added a half day course geared specifically to help intermediate year beekeepers.
- This class can be added to your Beginner or Experienced ticket.
- Focus: Your bees overwintered, now what? This course will provide you with the skills to maintain and grow your apiary.

- Entertaining bee-themed talk
