November 14 @ 6:15 pm – 8:15 pm
Our keynote speaker will be Paul Landsberg, he will discuss “Over Wintering For Spring Success”.Paul Landsberg, from Clinton Missouri, is the owner of Paul’s Honey Farm LLC, which was established in 1983 by his father, Chris Landsberg, when Paul was 3 years old.  In November of 2015, the business, still more of a hobby, passed from father to son under tragic circumstances. With a commitment to honor his father’s memory and preserve his passion, Paul focused many long hours and dollars into the business.  In 2019 he was able to transition into a full time operation and retire from his “day job.”  Paul made the leap of faith and sent his first load of bees to California to pollinate almond trees in 2020.  This calculated risk has proven profitable, and plans continue to grow as the bees multiply and produce honey.  Currently, Paul’s Honey Farm LLC has approximately 1000 hives, raises VSH queens, sells Nucs, bulk honey, and retails honey in several stores.
