Join us in August for a fun talk from our keynote speaker Randall Cass who will share research that suggests beekeepers need to get stung with some frequency to avoid becoming anaphylactic. He’ll also share ISU's published research on the effect of prairie strips, which are in-field contour buffers and edge-of-field filters, having a positive affect on honey bee colony health, improving colony health and honey production in an agricultural landscape. We'll also start the meeting with another round of "This Month in Beekeeping", where the audience can ask any beekeeping question of our expert panel. See you there!
Join us at our monthly meetings to learn more about bees and beekeeping. Meetings are FREE!
